Trailblazers for Love
I woke up today with a message from spirit to toss out the limiting idea of love. Forget the sappy greeting card sentiments or the long kisses in perfect lighting on the silver screen. The romantic notion of love we have been sold is not the love that is transformative. I heard, “Love is grounded in heart connections that are energetic masterpieces – these are unifying forces we all possess.”
My assignment for the day was to radiate love for all; to send love energy out across the ethers, without hesitation or reservation. Naturally, my mind wanted to pick and choose. But if we are to help heal our troubled world, the directive was to send love energy both inward and outward.
A blog from HeartMath Institute concurs. “More and more people are waking up to the power of love and care as the solution to our personal and societal challenges. Love is a transformational intelligence that raises our vibration to draw in new solutions we haven’t thought of yet and multiple benefits.”
This is completely aligned with the work of Soul Seeds. At the first board retreat, we talked about the heart of the matter for the work, which was that each person would feel seen and see the truth of themselves through heartfelt connections. A logical, yet uncharted, path but we trusted many would join in the journey.
Already we are connecting with people (trailblazers!) who want to help us build the work of Soul Seeds. A program alumna who is helping us think about spirituality and social justice. A Home Study student who suggested an online platform that could work for virtual sessions. A retired development officer who is helping us strategize about fundraising. A local psychic who saw us on YouTube and immediately emailed with an offer to help. And (forgive a moment of personal privilege here) the many friends who donated to my birthday fundraiser, more than tripling my goal. All this is love in action, blazing a path of kindness and love, without expectation of anything in return. An outlook which feels sorely needed in these days.
You are also a trailblazer for love. You believe in the power of Soul Seeds and because of it, the vibrational energy is increasing. We can feel your enthusiasm and we are grateful. Please keep your good vibes and your good ideas coming!
Now think about it, where else can you be a trailblazer for love? How can you express the love energy of our hearts that radiates pureness, goodness, and light? Let us see it in one another; let us see it in ourselves. Let us be trailblazers for love together.
