Privacy Policy
Our Commitment to Privacy
Soul Seeds respects the privacy of every visitor and user of our website. Your privacy is a priority, and we go to great lengths to protect it. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information about our online visitors. We know you care about your information and we want you to be fully informed about our practices.
We Respect Your Privacy
Soul Seeds is committed to respecting the privacy of its financial and in-kind donors, whether the donation is made online, by mail, or any other method. When you make a financial or in-kind donation, you provide your name and contact information. Financial donors provide standard payment information including, in many circumstances, credit card data. We protect your information in a variety of ways, as described below.
We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information. Many donors use credit cards for donations. We protect the security of credit card transactions, using a number of measures such as encryption, access controls, network firewalls, and physical security. These measures make it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept the credit card information you send to us. When we work with other companies to process credit card transactions, those companies also use encryption and other appropriate security measures.
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ personally identifiable information with any other entity, except as described below. In addition, we will not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations, unless a donor has given us specific permission to do so. Soul Seeds has vendors that assist with processing and managing donations and donor data. We give these vendors access to donor data. Our vendors are bound by strict confidentiality rules and are permitted to use donor data only to support Soul Seeds operations.
The Data We Collect
Our websites and mobile apps provide convenient ways for you to access our services and learn about important Soul Seeds opportunities and events. We collect information about our online visitors and use this information to communicate with our supporters and clients and process their transactions. We do not sell it to other organizations.
When you use our website or apps to make a financial contribution, register for a class or special event, or volunteer we may ask you for your name, address, phone number(s), and other information relevant to the transaction. We will ask for standard credit card information when you make a financial donation, pay for a class, or make a purchase.
How We Secure Data
We use a variety of security measures to protect your data. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to and improper use of personally identifiable information.

Donation Refund Policy
All gift donations to Soul Seeds Non-Profit Charity support the mission of providing year-round education to expand individual, collective, and universal consciousness through a community for soul growth by sharing energy techniques to hone each person’s innate wisdom and capacity for love. Our organization is dependent on the generosity of our donors.
Soul Seeds manages a number of programming and fundraising initiatives to make every donated dollar go further — enhancing local, regional and global services to our under-served communities. We will carefully consider the needs of the organization and will use your gift where our board determines it is most needed so that all donations directly and indirectly support programs in support of our mission. Donations are non-refundable.
Soul Seeds will not accept any restrictions or designations on the use of donations less than $10,000.
For gift donations over $10,000 dollars, we will consider your request for designation as long as it does not conflict with our mission or our policies, or create an imbalance in our budgeting that affects our ability to provide current services that are in process. If Soul Seeds cannot honor your gift of $10,000 or more because of conflict regarding mission or policy, then your donation will be returned to the donor upon written request within 15 days of receiving your donation.
For donations made in error through the Donate button on the Soulseeds.org website, refunds are available for 15 days after donation was processed. You must inform us in writing via email or postmarked letter. Request more than 15 days later will not be honored.
For those situations where your donation was made in error, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. Cash donations will be refunded by check. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
