Soul Seeds is at the forefront of new approaches to improved mental health and overall well-being. Drawn from decades of experience, we know these techniques can change people’s lives. What makes our meditation different? We support individuals’ social-emotional health by teaching specific energy healing meditation techniques that are simple to learn but highly impactful. People — even those who have never meditated before — have reported feeling lighter, calmer, and less stressed after one 15-minute meditation.
We are committed to working with underserved communities and are building partnerships with organizations that support veterans, low-income families, youth who are unhoused, individuals who are imprisoned, LGBTQ+ and gender diverse, people with disabilities, and those who have experienced intimate partner violence. We work with staff members as well.
We want to share the remarkable benefits of our meditation techniques that support the health of individuals’ energy fields (auras), thereby contributing to improved well-being and the reconnection with their soul (spirit/intuition/inner wisdom/inner light).
- Physical Health – meditation can relieve physical pain, reduce addiction symptoms, lower blood pressure, lower cortisol levels, and improve a variety of other physical issues (according to the National Institute of Health).
- Emotional Health – meditation can minimize or eliminate emotional triggers and help regulate emotional responses.
- Mental Health – meditation helps with anxiety, fear, stress, and trauma. Meditative techniques enhance a calm focus and the ability to manage thoughts and patterns. This is perspective-changing and can allow a person to see options and opportunities in life they may not otherwise accessed.
- Spiritual Health – meditation can assist with feelings of connectedness, inner comfort, strength and resilience. Meditation is not a religion; however, a majority of individuals express feeling the presence of a consciousness of clarity and hope not otherwise available to them.
At Soul Seeds, we believe that when an individual meditates there is a natural unfolding that brings them back into a state of well-being, which can be beneficial to them, their families and their communities through the expansion of their healing energy.

- Staff Development – techniques to relieve stress, anxiety, exhaustion, secondary trauma, or simply to enhance focus, energy levels, inspiration and job satisfaction.
- Program Participants – techniques to relieve stress, anxieties, trauma, depression, hopelessness, and/or emotional/mental triggers. Meditation enhances a sense of well-being, peace of mind, inspiration, and ability to focus in the moment.

Try Our Healing Meditations
Grounding is absolutely the key to healing! Not only does grounding brighten your connection with your own light, it’s practical because it helps release old unwanted/unneeded energy that may be blocking your ability to connect with a sense of well-being.
As you begin to master our grounding technique, you have an opportunity to find your power, strength, and energy again. Like a light bulb, that is not grounded into a socket, if you are not grounded into your body, your inner light can only shine but so brightly. In this first meditation, you will learn what grounding is and how to apply it practically into your life. The second meditation uses the power of love energy as a method of healing.
